weld in roll cage
Roll Cages to suit CAMS and FIA specification All Trackart Roll Cages are fully Tig welded*, also all CAMS & FIA Approved Roll Cages are fitted with a manufacturers serial number stating the date, roll cage type and roll cage number, also CAMS R.O.P.S paperwork is supplied with ALL CAMS approved roll cages and FIA engineered roll cages!      All our Roll Cages are photo documented, which shows both the bar layout, all the welds, gussets and tagging to the body. All Trackart roll cages are built to exceed CAMS requirement, as we put your safety first. Some of the standard upgrades we do are, -bigger forward legs, rear legs and windscreen header bars. 44mm x 2.6mm wall (instead of the minimum 38mm x 2.6mm wall) -all other bars are 40mm x 2mm wall (instead of the minimum 38mm x 2.6mm wall) this helps keep weight down while adding strength! -all windscreen header bars are gusseted for extra strength in the case of a vehicle roll over. -all forward legs get a small brace bar from the main hoop to help support the forward leg in the case of a vehicle roll over. -double door intrusion bars are always uncut from the main hoop to the forward legs and gusseted if and where they join. In the case of bolt in roll cages, we also, -increase the number of bolts used, -increase the grade of bolts used, -fit floor plates with captive nuts to help with installation. Regardless of the type of roll cage that you are after, the first and one of the more important things to do is to get your seat in the right place! To make sure that you are comfortable because the roll cage will be made based on where your seat is and therefore, where your head will be. The hoop location and in the case of a 6+ point roll cage, the roof bars and the windscreen header bar...even the height of the door intrusion bars are all influenced by your seat location. We make our roll cages as high and as tight to the inner profile of the cars inside as possible to maximize both head room and all over safety, so it is recommended that you supply your car with anything you either need, or wish to keep in your car, like roof lining, inner door panels, carpet, etc....as it is unlikely that they will fit later if you change your mind.       Our basic 4 point weld in roll cages start at $1,430 incl gst        basic 4 point bolt in roll cages depend on design and how many pieces it needs to be in, but as an approximate starting price, $1,980 incl gst Our basic 6 point weld in roll cages start at $3,850 incl gst        basic 6 point bolt in roll cages depend on design and how many pieces it needs to be in, $POA Please remember that all Trackart roll cages are above minimum CAMS standard, and please refer to the CAGE LAYOUT page of this website to see all the included bars that comes with our basic roll cage package! This can be reduced and/or added to depending on your needs and budget. All prices include gst and are for the roll cage ONLY, anything else is classed as an extra! For example, removing windscreens, painting, removing and trimming interior and dash boards, etc.... So feel free to contact us to talk about your options to suit both your budget and what you want to do with your car! *The floor plates are usually Mig welded due to the construction and anti rust treatment that is done to production cars.
